When servicing their clients, SBM believes in transparency and honest feedback that allows them to find the problems that need to be fixed, and so in order to improve the quality of their service we needed to have a system in place to get that feedback and allow the managers on site to take action.

I designed an e-mail survey system that would allow managers and supervising staff to send surveys to their clients, and get feedback that allowed them to take action, like sharing with employees, affect their score cards, etc.
