Predix Documentation

Making complex, new technical concepts easy to digest across multiple platforms.

When the Predix developer community started to grow to the thousands, it was necessary to improve the experience on the documentation in a way that there was no overlap with what was being offered in other areas like the tutorials or resources, as well as to make it very easy to find the desired information.


My role was to come up with solutions for the information architecture, as well as features that would make it easy for the user to find, save, or share the information within the documentation from a desktop or mobile device.
The solution was a model where the documentation was divided into three main high-level sections, platform, services, and analytics, like that, avoiding confusion in regards to what an article is related to.
